September 13th The Power Of Prayer III
Bible Reading: Gal. 3:2, 5, 13-14; 2 Cor. 6:16-18
Mk. 1:35 ‘now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed’
Prayer isn’t supposed to be only an early morning exercise. Make times of prayer intimate interaction and intercession to God. Spend at least an hour a day and if you do not know what to say, pray in ‘tongues’ (the language of the Spirit). In reality, try not to allow thirty minutes to pass without saying something to the Lord.
When you pray, ask God if there is anything He wants to tell you and do not just take a shopping list of things you want Him to do. Ask for signs and wonders, souls, nations and revival. Pray God’s eternal predetermined counsel. Pray till what you saw and heard in the secret-place manifest. Be focused and persistent too.
Heb. 13:15 ‘therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name’
Prayer is a trigger and combustion chamber for covenant ‘happenings’. It imposes God’s will on earthly circumstances and pushes devils aside. Prayer is spiritual violence against kingdom opposition and outstanding goodness, greatness and glory await those who will take time to pray.
Prayer:
i. Confess that you are an intercessor and prayer warrior for God’s kingdom. Is. 56:7
ii. Pray that the believers will rise to the dire need for corporate prayer. Acts 1:14

Do not wait for prophecy; pray till it becomes reality.
