September 11th The Power Of Prayer I
Bible Reading: Phil. 4:6-7; Jam. 5:16
Num. 24:9 ‘he bows down, he lies down as a lion; and as a lion, who shall rouse him?’ Blessed is he who blesses you, and cursed is he who curses you’
One enduring secret to accessing, operating and residing in God’s power and glory is prayer. Prayer is an awesome covenant practice. Paul said ‘be anxious for nothing’ but pray and ‘the peace of God that passes all understanding’ will be with you. Prayer, travail, intercession and the likes generate power.
Deploy the practice of prayer for power, healing, miracles, souls, restoration, family, release and destiny. ‘The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working]’. Jam. 5:16 (AMP). Your season for great glory has come so get into the habit of prayer.
Is. 66:7-8 ‘before she was in labour, she gave birth; before her pain came, She delivered a male child. Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labour, she gave birth to her children’
Generate power and birth power, purity, people, purpose, prophecy, prosperity, posterity, possibilities, protection and prevailing grace for the journey ahead.
Prayer:
i. Pray and beseech God to turn the nations towards Himself. Rev. 11:15
ii. Ask God to baptize you with the Spirit of prayer and supplication. Zech. 12:10
