Mar. 17th Praise As A Weapon
Bible Reading: Ps. 30:12; 7:17
1 Chron. 16:35 ‘and say, save us, O God of our salvation; gather us together, and deliver us from the Gentiles, to give thanks to your holy name, to triumph in your praise’
Praise is God’s weapon in your possession to humiliate Satan. It is God’s medicine against your enemies. Praise is free, it costs nothing but silences the noise and threats of your adversaries. It bestows spiritual authority and commands the backing of heaven.
Praise is a winning ticket every time it is deployed. It is a sure path to life and makes one an all round winner in all battles. Praise tunes you to God’s frequency, maintains spiritual vibrancy and confers perfect wellbeing.
Praise is God’s hotline. If you ever come up against a ‘tough’ problem, give God ‘tireless’ praise. Whenever you encounter ‘gross darkness’ bring God ‘great delight’ by giving ‘grand praise’. Praise disarms the devil any day and anytime.
Anything that requires God’s intervention demands His exaltation, adoration and adulation. You have to be ‘thankful’ and ‘praise-full’ to have a ‘tank full’ of blessings. Why not decide to experience and enjoy the miraculous by committing to a lifestyle of praise.
Prayer:
- Greater capacity to understand the word and the ability to produce results with it. Job 32:8; Prov. 2:6; Is. 55:11
- Pray that the church will arise in prayer and stand to fulfil God’s mission’s purpose on earth. Joel 2:17; Jer. 3:22, Hab. 3:2
