Feb. 3rd Lord, I Believe You
Bible Reading: 1 Jn. 1:1; Gal. 2:20; Jer. 17:5-8
Jn. 6:28-29 ‘then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God? (29) Jesus answered and said to them, this is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent’
Whatever storm or challenge has assaulted your life ends today. By the force of absolute faith, with no alternatives, you will prevail. You will emerge triumphant and share your testimony. Latch onto absolute faith in your spirit-man; it is the key to good success, sound health, prosperity, peace and progress.
Let your heart testify ‘Lord I believe you’. Stand up and stand out for God’s Word and He will step-in for you. Idolatry is when anyone or anything is placed in God’s stead or as an alternative to Him. Be resolute; no one or nothing will be a considered alternative or stand-by in case God fails.
Pull down all the gods/idols mentioned in Scripture. Be free from faith destroyers such as charms, amulets, fetish practices, people, godfathers, specialists, relatives, friends, money, riches, real estate, credit facilities or self (qualifications, experience, looks, strength, talent, etc.)
Focus on God. David said ‘I will lift up my eyes to the hills — from whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth’ Ps. 121:1-2 Seek prevailing faith that always delivers results. Go for faith gold medals and get understanding.
Prayer:
i. Divine protection and preservation for your family from Satan, plagues, diseases, etc. Ps. 121:1-7
ii. Pray a fresh anointing, divine empowerment and strength upon GH Pastor, leadership and staff Ps. 92:9-10
Thought for the day:
See heart-faith come alive; banish all expressions of doubt
